Public docs — what's in / what's out
Nav order: quickstart, verified-facts, use-cases, pilot-program, community, pricing, tier-limits, auth-and-signup, output-zip, errors, health.
IN (this repo): API base address, health check, signup/auth flow, a quickstart, tier & rate limits, the result-ZIP contents, a pricing pointer, error semantics (422 / 429 / 507 / 400), the artifact-backed claim set (verified-facts), public-safe use-case shapes, the validation-pilot process, and the community/listings page (the public half of the distribution plan — where we list this project and the exact text of what we would say in each room, including the rooms we have decided not to post in). All sourced from the public API surface or from committed artifacts.
OUT (never in this repo): reconstruction algorithms, stage names, module paths, calibration internals, benchmark artifacts, partner/pilot data, dollar figures (kept on the live site so they cannot drift), and anything the vocabulary gate flags. Publishing is an operator-only step.
Also out, specifically on the marketing pages: named prospects and
institutions, named competitors and vendors, channel or segment strategy, use-
case ranking, and any figure graded TRADE or UNVERIFIED. The use-cases page is
a condensation of internal sheets with all of that removed; the internal
originals stay internal. Claim discipline follows
marketing/sales/claims-boundary.md — no accuracy, agreement, throughput or
certification figures anywhere in this tree.
