For industrial QA and metrology teams
This is a lab-side comparison, not a production deployment. You send frames from your rig to our hosted service and compare our reconstruction against a reference measurement you already trust — a profilometer, an interference microscope, a known calibration target. Beside your instrument, not instead of it.
What is in scope
- Reconstructions of frames you export, each with an evidence record that commits to the input and settings and names the software version.
- A written comparison against your reference measurement, stating where the two agree and where they do not.
- A checkable record: your quality team can rerun any result and confirm by provenance ID that the same input, settings and software were used.
What is not offered today
- No in-plant or on-premises deployment. Frames come to the hosted service.
- No line-speed or throughput promise. A single request takes 10–40 seconds on the current host.
- No acquisition hardware or station.
- No accuracy, traceability or uptime guarantee. Our reports state accuracy
and repeatability as
not-yet-establishedand traceability asfalse.
If your need is inside the plant network, at line speed, or tied to an acquisition station, tell us anyway — we log it as demand — but we will not sell you an engagement that cannot meet it.
Questions we ask first
- What do you measure, and with which reference instrument?
- Can the frames leave your site? Under what agreement?
- Is there one stable target you can measure with both?
- What decision would the comparison feed: a procedure, a supplier question, a second measurement point between service visits?
- Who on your side signs, and from which budget?
